David H. Baskam PE, CR, CKBR

Dave is a NYS Professional Engineer with over 25 years in the construction field. His career began in the trades, learning carpentry skills while working his way through college. He received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. After graduation, Dave worked as a structural engineer and earned his Professional Engineering (PE) license. Because of his passion for building, Dave decided to combine his civil engineering skills with his skill for residential home construction and launched his first remodeling company in 1991.
