It is rare that someone live up to his/her promises as you did. We knew that living through house construction was not going to be easy, made even more difficult with two children under the age of three. But you made it bearable, if not (at times) enjoyable. First and foremost you were Reliable (with a capital R), as were your subs. There is no more important quality that we can think of than this.

Furthermore, the quality of your work is amazing. Each step of the way we were impressed with the care and attention you took to all the details, yet never losing sight of the overall picture. We also realize how invaluable your engineering knowledge was to our job and the improvements you were able to make on the architect's plans. You were even terrific during those inevitable moments when we panicked over some unforeseen complication, keeping calm, level headed and even guiding us away from extra expenses.

There is certainly no greater complement that we could give but that we referred my mother to you immediately after you completed our job. In fact, we recommend you to anyone who is looking for a contractor (Just don't get so busy you can't do our next job).

In closing, we can't thank you enough. Choosing a contractor was very difficult; it is reassuring to know that we made the right decision. Your workmanship and professionalism are outstanding, and to top it off, you're a really nice person.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for doing such a wonderful job with both our 2001 & 2003 home projects. We truly feel you went above and beyond what was expected in all aspects of the jobs.

Both jobs met the timelines that you so efficiently gave at the onset of both projects, and there were no surprises with your estimate costs. Our home was always left as clean as possible, and a full day of work was always given even in the hottest of days in July and the coldest days in January!

What really stands out is the extra time that was so selflessly given to us. You took us to your home to give us ideas and you personally brought us to the lumber yard to help us pick out moldings. When we look around our lovely home, we see so many of your ideas that came together so beautifully. We won't hesitate to call you with any future plans!!

Back in early 2001, we had begun interviewing for a general contractor to build our "dream" home. You were highly recommended by our architect. We sat with you for a couple of hours, discussing our plans and asking questions. When you left with our plans, you stated you would get back to us in a week or two with an estimate of the job. You were back within the two week period with a detailed breakdown and explanation of what we should expect. After interviewing several contractors, we chose you.

Our work began in April of 2002. It was completed in July 2002. Our renovations began and ended within the time period of your proposed schedule. After listening to other people's renovation nightmares, we thought the job wouldn't be completed as per your proposal. We were thrilled when it was, having had to live in a trailer while our house was under construction. It made the inconvenience of trailer living tolerable. We worked very closely during that four month period. We can honestly say you were professional and considerate. To have a contractor not only on schedule, but true to his word, was extremely appreciative to us.

When we discussed the initial job, from your experience, you explained that there would be "extras" that we would want to implement. You explained how the costs of these are calculated so there wouldn't be any surprises. We are happy to say that this initial discussion with us probably alleviated any confusion that may have arisen. This is just a testimonial to your experience and professionalism.

We have not only had you do additional work on our house, but we have, and will continue, to highly recommend you to our family, friends, and acquaintances.
